August is traditionally the priciest month to book a holiday due to its popularity with parents who want to take their children abroad.
However, due to the coronavirus which plunged the UK into lockdown for months earlier this year, travel companies are now tying to encourage holidaymakers to go abroad again.
Jet2 is offering Britons the chance to fly to Ibiza from Birmingham for just £30.
Other destinations that are available for a similar price include Lanzarote, Majorca and Gran Canaria.
Pula, Split and Dubrovnik are also available for around £30 each way.
Budapest and Amsterdam are also on sale for less than £35.
Faro in Portugal is also available, however, Britons will be asked to quarantine for 14 days on their return to England from Portugal and its surrounding islands.
Flights to Spain are currently lower than they have been for years, especially during the peak season.

Paul Charles, of travel consultancy the PC Agency, told the Mirror that airlines are having to “pump the market” to encourage people to fly again.
He added: “I have never seen prices this low in the peak season in all my experience.”
Flights in general this winter have also plummeted in price with holidays to Spain available for under £50.
Compared to last year, flights to Gran Canaria and Crete have dropped by a whopping 80 percent.
A flight to Crete is currently available for as low as £47, according to Skyscanner.
Jet2 flights and Jet2 holidays have also ramped up their safety measures for holidaymakers with a new addition to its coronavirus precautions.
Jet2 and Jet2 holidays has ramped up protective measures for customers with a new addition to its coronavirus precautions following the pandemic.
In a bid to assure customers can travel with peace of mind, the holiday operator has added COVID-19 to all travel insurance policies purchased with any flights or holidays.
The coronavirus cover has also been automatically added to any policies purchased since April 9, 2020 and promises customers support if they find themselves impacted by the virus.
Jet2’s new policy includes medical cover in the event of contracting COVID-19 whilst abroad; cancellation cover should a customer or another individual on the booking test positive for COVID-19 up to 14 days before travel; cancellation cover if a customer or another individual on the booking is hospitalised due to COVID-19 up to 28 days before travel; and cover if a customer or another individual on the booking is not allowed to board their flight as a result of a positive COVID-19 test or raised temperature.
The cover is an additional purchase but can be secured at the same time as booking travel.
Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays said: “It is no secret that we are the airline and tour operator that has done more than anyone else to look after our customers through this difficult time, and the launch of this insurance policy will enhance the trust that our customers have in us even further.
“We always advise customers to take out appropriate travel insurance, and thanks to the launch of this policy customers can include COVID-19 cover at the same time as booking a holiday in just a few simple clicks.”
