Global Travel Collection (GTC), Internova Travel Group’s luxury division, has redesigned its online education program, Learning Library.
Learning Library is accessible any time from any device. It now has a new look and easy-to-navigate dashboard, GTC said. It is accessible from the company intranet’s homepage.
Courses are available for employees and independent contractors (ICs), and users will see suggested courses based on which bucket they fall in.
The updated library has nearly 300 courses and documents, with more being added weekly, GTC said. Topics include Sabre, Client Base, supplier webinars, service fee training for ICs and more.
“We want to make it as convenient as possible for our employees and travel advisors to increase their knowledge and skills,” GTC president Angie Licea said in a statement. “Our job is to provide travel advisors with the support they need to operate and grow their businesses.”
